History
The first step in the constitution of the company CIF Assurances Vie Burkina abbreviated as “CIF-VIE Burkina” was the holding of a constitutive General Assembly and a meeting of the Board of Directors; these meetings took place in Ouagadougou on September 15, 2011.
On October 22, 2012, the company obtained the favorable opinion of the Regional Insurance Control Commission to practice life insurance and capitalization operations in Burkina Faso.
It then obtained its approval from the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) on December 4, 2012.
On January 1, 2013, CIF-VIE Burkina launched its activities across its entire distribution network.
